While out & about sourcing vintage rugs Sarah selects individual pieces that work beautifully as original pieces of art. It's hard to leave any behind, but only the most statement and characterful tapestries are chosen! Sarah sews contrast cylinder wooden batons (coloured in Edward Bulmer plastic free paint) to the top and bottom of the piece so that they hang beautifully against the wall. The resulting art is completely unique, and will never be seen in another home.
